Three New Champagnes

Bérêche & Fils Brut Réserve, a blend of 70% wines from the base year with the balance reserve wines, composed from approximately one-third each of the three major varieties. A model of harmony, nuance and verve, it is a pure expression of the domaine’s varied terroirs that demonstrates both the Bérêche brothers great skill and their originality.

Roses de Jeanne Val Vilaine is a 100% Pinot Noir from the 1.5 hectare lieu-dit of Val Vilaine. 300-500 cases produced annually.  Roses de Jeanne is the range made from Cédric Bouchard’s own vines (rather than his fathers who he also works with); he uses low yields which results in an extremely complex, full flavoured champagne.

The 2006 Brut Vintage from Champagne Pol Roger is made from the traditional house vintage blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 20 Grands and Premiers crus vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Produced only in limited quantities the Brut Vintage 2006 has been aged for 8 years in our cellars before being disgorged and released onto the market.
